"Pressing Matters" is a short, one-woman play by Angeline Andrews about a young mother, Julie, whose ironing is of upmost importance to her.
Fab Prods! Theatre produced "Pressing Matters" - directed by Steve Blacker and performed by Angeline Andrews - as part of Theatre in the Pound' (Nov 2009) at the Cockpit Theatre, London.
The evening was thoroughly enjoyable and featured a feedback session on the piece. Responses were very positive and encouraging and have provided many new ideas in developing the piece.
Fab Prods! Theatre would like to thank everyone who attended the evening and also the 'Theatre in the Pound' team whose support and assistance were fantastic!

Behind The Scenes
Three ambitious women, too many leaflets! Meet Fiona, Letitia and Tara - three young performers making ends meet by working in the world of promotions. Watch them divide their days between wine-fuelled cat fights, skiving in cafes and cringing as they perform an intimately-themed cheerleading song! Follow their laughter and tears as they find themselves working on naff events and embarrassing exhibitions to fuel their paths to stardom!
